About Me

I am a public school teacher who lives in Ohio. In 2006 I decided I was tired of being out of shape and overweight. So I started exercising and eating healthier. Since then I've been learning more and more about health and fitness and I've managed to lose nearly 50 pounds of fat while putting on a fair amount of muscle. Today I look and feel much better than I did back then. I have been studying health and nutrition for years and I decided to start a blog to share what I've learned. My goal is to be as healthy as I can be and to share what I've learned with others.
